Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNo body was there to recive the unit. I drove to the other side other office and ask about. The person name SHIM was very helpful with me I really appreciate it because he closed my contact. Thank you
Edgar GThank you very much for your best customer service
Long NI called and asked if someone was there help me when I dropped off my trailer. Was instructed to drop it in the empty lot next door and download the app
Jason CNot what I was expecting for a Uhaul location (this was a fast food place), but the check in person was efficient and knew what she was doing. The person who helped with the trailer did not know how to hook up properly, but my husband does. The pick up location was changed and I didn't know about this until I went to the original place I signed up with and after 20 minutes was told "We don't have trailers".
