We booked a 20ft truck then didn't have it, instead he said we could use 2 ten foot trucks for the same price then at the end of the day charged us for both. Cost an extra 70 bucks. The guys really nice but he's a scammer or at least not honest.

Wendell JUnsafe location with a really shoddy office, and the listed phone number is not the correct one. No key drop off location. I was told by uhaul on the phone to “slide it under the door” but there is a fence closing off the lot.
Michael NGreat location. the Uhaul was pristine and Sam was great. Highly recommend the location to anyone!
Siu WVery helpful staff. And of course it wasn't clean, it was an auto shop in a big city. That's an odd question to have. Either way, the guys were really nice, and I even came back because I thought I'd left something in the truck, and the one who originally helped me stopped to help me look for what I'd lost.
