Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisAll the employees I encountered, from picking up the trailer in Orland, CA to returning it in Reno, NV, were polite and professional. I appreciate the ease of the rental experience.
Kristi DPlease note the app didn't accept the actual fuel level. Please see photos as the truck was returned with correct level of fuel.
Nicholas AI booked a 20’ truck rental a week ahead of time and ended up getting two separate calls to change sizes of truck and location. I was told that I would need to rent a 26’ truck (at no additional charge) but wouldn’t be charged for the additional mileage since I had to drive 30 minutes away and back to pick up the car. I still ended up getting charged for the additional mileage, and it also didn’t factor in the gas mileage difference between the 20’ truck and the 26’. This whole experience was a bummer.
