Polly, the lady I dealt with on this rental, and several others, is top notch! She is efficient, professional and customer oriented, The trucks are clean, sanitized and well maintained. I look no further than JR and Polly for U-HAUL rentals. I feel at ease and comfortable knowing Polly will make the rental experience hassle-free. Thank you!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisEasy to pick up. Drop box for keys made it easy to return. Exactly what I needed to get the move done. Highly recommend.
Peter VWill definitely recommend to others. Very nice and helpful
Beau GCell connectivity is spotty at their location in a valley next to the Illinois River. It was difficult to access the uhaul app to return the truck. Had the app fail three times because on connection.
DAVID DUnit ran rough. Needs a good tune up. Van area was clean. I had to wipe down the cab. Manager was very nice. Poor cell service in the area so it may check in process long.
