Do not use this location. There was nobody at that location when I was scheduled to pick up the equipment and the location does not appear to have been occupied or operated as a business in a long time.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisYou gave us a bad truck And sent me 5 hours out of my way to a shop that is no longer a U-Haul dealer
Marissa SRJ was friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly.
WILLIAM M3 tire pressures were low, one was 25 psi with the valve core leaking, 2 were 50 psi, only 1 was 65 psi. The guy lied when I paid cash, said it was an additional $100 that would be refunded but was really $75. He never asked me to check for previous damage before I left. The rear light bar was dented in. So trailer was not ready.
robert dWas supposed to be 10 am pickup at Roosters in Stanfordville, but truck was damaged. Changed location to Briggs. Place was closed. Was talking with rep on app when around 11am I got a call from the Brighs rep to get the truck
