The one issue I had was that the hooks on the safety chain were not large enough to fit the frame hooks on my Honda Pilot. Fortunately, the location had more than one trailer of the size I reserved and a different one had larger hooks that fit. If not, I would not have been able to complete the rental. That shouldn't happen. The hooks should be sufficient size for universal fitment.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThey fail to let people know you have to bring it back to that location and charge you a lot more if you don't. Even though they give you a one way key. It confused the actual u haul workers. Then they tell you that you forgot that they mentioned it. Making it seem like you're stupid or crazy. It's a terrible place to rent a u haul from.
TABITHA OOther than the app, not working, it was a good experience.
