Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWhen you changed my drop off location, I would ask that you have staff that can drop their own egos to make the customer feel heard. The women I spoke with out of Vancouver was super rude to me and it was all because I was upset that I had to go 2 hours out of my way. Not once did she say I’m so sorry, or I understand your frustration. This would have completely changed my experience with U-Haul.
Christine LNot really all that clean but it didn’t bother me. License plate light was out but my trip would all be in daylight.
Lyndon HMake sure the unit is clean. The unit was needing oil also needs a service very badly the oil was black.
Wayne HThis location was good for a drop off with our bigger unit- lots of room to turn around- gate was open and the frop off box was to find-
