I requested a Cameron Park drop-off location and they sent me an hour away and gave me no other option. The attendant at the gas station was rude and just said put it out there.

Diana MI asked The shell station attendant what it would cost to rent the one open trailer. I only need it to haul a piece of furniture. He said $14.95 for 24 hours and I have to pay the full 24 hours. I said okay. Then uhaul said it’s $29.95. I had to pay that. I think that was wrong to do that to a customer. Thank you.
GARY HThis was a Shell gas station. There was basically no customer service. The response was that everything was to be done by the customer themselves using their own phone and the Uhaul app. Taking photos of the gas gage and mileage and truck and then posting them to the app. At 70 years of age I prefer a much more user-friendly, customer service experience. They truck had two hand trucks that I didn't order and were a problem because they were in the way.
Steve BThe Pick Up location was of no help what so ever. All U-Haul personal I dealt with over the phone were professional and did every thing possible to assit me in a checking out problem. I myself will use U-Haul again. I may need to use a different location. Don
