Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNot only was the equipment dirty and not even emptied of discarded moving materials, but the fuel level was so low at the beginning of my trip that the odometer was not visible (only the DTE warning). On top of that, despite declining the “safe move” coverage (my credit card has built-in insurance), I was charged the $15 for that coverage. Very dissatisfied!
Christopher RI did not add SafeTrip, a utility dolly, or furniture pads when I rented the U-Haul. In addition, there were no furniture pads in the truck. Therefore, it would not have been possible for me to use these items. I believe these charges should be removed. Thanks!
Weichen DThe location is a "pick up the key from a lockbox" type of location, where you have to call to get the checkin process completed. Bill (the contact/staff for the location) was very kind and came to the location to get the moving blankets that were part of my order. Conclusion: helpful staff, not the best area of the city so come with a friend or two.
Grace RTo be fair, drop off occurred on a Sunday There were no representatives on site No clear signage or parking designation labeled for leaving vehicles.
