Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisLocation was fine in itself. I was supposed to pick up the truck and the tow dolly at the same location, but Uhaul fucked up my original reservation and the only reason I had to pick up anything at this particular location was because of that. I’ll never use UHaul again. Genuinely. I would ask satan himself to help me move before using Uhaul again.
Marissa SLocation of the building difficult to locate due to no signage of U-Haul on its exterior, signage at the street or inside. I walked to the wrong door too as there were no signs directing me in the parking lot. Still no mention of U-Haul anywhere. .It’s is a co working loft with a secretary who was extremely helpful and friendly. Once inside I had to wait 10 mins for assistance. It’s 100% self service! Everything was my responsibility pics before and after, forms etc. I had to figure out how to operate the vehicle myself. No explanation on how to operate it. She gave me the keys and I had to ask how to check back in. Once I returned I had to again take all the pics and list the mileage with a pic . At this point I don’t need any human contact. I will look for a place where there’s help for what I paid. Why make the customer experience laborious? I expect to come in and have a person take pics before and after ask if I have questions etc. A person can check out and pic up keys without waiting for a person if I did everything myself including using the key drop box. I did receive a flyer for ads for her other business.

Robert PThe location was sketchy. There were no signs to let you know you were in the right location the building at the address was not Memories on the Hill. My uBER driver would not leave me until we found someone to help us out. I would not pick up at this location again.
