I returned the unit with more gas than I had when I picked it up with. It was in the range according to the sheet, and they charged me 8 dollars. I tried calling, but there was no response. A complete scam. I do not recommend using the service.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe location was excellent and the lady that helped me was fantastic. The issue I had was with Uhaul itself. Uhaul was useless and infuriating. My truck wasn't going to be ready until 4:15. No one called and let me know it was going to be late. More than an hour later with no call I went to the location and was told the truck I reserved was never turned in. Now 1.5 hours off schedule I had no choice but to rent a larger truck messing up my budget for this move. Being 2hrs off schedule I was not able to finish my move by the return time of 10:15pm. Worse, the storage facility closed at 10pm so I had a full truck with no where to put the stuff forcing me to extend the truck rental until the next morning and pay an additional fee. I was overtime and over budget all because no one at Uhaul corporate thought it convenient to notify a paying customer of a change to their order. I called to see what could be done about the rental and was told it was not Uhaul's problem that it was my problem and I had to deal with it. So I will not be using Uhaul for anything again and will go out of my way to express my disdain and convince everyone that will listen to not use Uhaul either.
