Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis should not be a location. There is no dropbox for keys for 24/7 rentals, the parking lot is small and congested, and it is hard to get in/out in a truck.
Erin SDid not receive invoice for several days and had to call to get it
Melissa RThe woman working inside the Postal Annex was very kind and renting the van was quick and easy. The van was not as clean as it should have been, but that’s not a huge concern to me. When I received the van keys the gas tank was nearly at 3/4 tank. When I was done with it, I had to fill up the tank all the way, costing me $40 more, and I maybe drove a total of 50 miles. There needs to be better oversight to ensure these vehicles are being refueled so other people aren’t accruing additional charges, especially with gas being $6 a gallon right now.
Sarah SI scheduled my pickup on el cajon blvd a mile from my house and 20 minutes before pickup you guys called to tell me that the pickup changed to a place 10 miles from my house. So my uhaul was way more than expected because of the miles.
