Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe clerk at U-Haul would not release the truck to my employee, so I had to have my manager go there in person. The clerk was very unprofessional, and the location itself was filthy. U-Haul also does not allow me to pay online or prepay the rental the way Enterprise does, which makes the process very inconvenient. Even more concerning, someone had apparently entered the U-Haul parking lot the night before and siphoned gas from the truck. They even left the siphon hose behind. We had to point this out to the clerk, who claimed the truck had half a tank of gas, despite the obvious evidence that gas had been stolen while the truck was parked at their facility.
Leo PGreat service. My reservation was easily changed and I was in and out quickly.
Theodore LVictor who assisted in check in was impolite, not pleasant, he appeared annoyed at my being there.Apon coming, no one was at counter so we waited, after a while we began looking - calling out loud into an adjacent room that also was absence of any staff. When he came he did acknowledge our waiting, any salutation, no warm welcome. I will never rent from this location, the staff seemed annoyed at our patronage.
CHERIE CVery clean and food customer service...
