As with the pick-up of the trailer, all was good with the drop off and with Stephanie's help. Very easy and straightforward.

Hobart MWe could not get into the lock box on Sat. and had to come back on Monday when a living being would be on the premises . She got into the box but the key was in another box. We had packed up everything prior to picking truck up. We had no food in the home and no place to sit since friends had picked up the living room furniture . A terrible experience!
Larry HThere was virtual check in only. No onsite personnel. There was no cell phone service and no wi-fi available. Untenable situation.
Arthur OThere was no one at the drop off location
