A quiet place and the check out process by phone was super easy. Very easy than checking in.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNothing, Very easy
Javier HThe handtruck was not in the truck when we arrived, we had to find one that matched the description outside. The truck was clean and easy t find,. The App self serve was hard to follow and did not provide clear instructions about how to verify your are a person. It took twenty minutes before we realized it was calling people we put in as contacts. This verification should be done prior to pick up becuase it held us up for a long time trying to figure it out. There was no one there to help us through that process and the CHAT was useless
Jeffrey DThey overcharged me to try to rip me off
