The uhaul store in Silsbee was excellent. After failing to pick up at 2 other locations uhaul found this one in Silsbee who saved the day. I will never try to use uhaul in Kountze Texas. The rudest people ever. Then was sent to Fred Texas only to be told no one was there to help. Now I’m literally talking to the owner and he’s telling me even though my truck was reserved from them, there was no one to help me. He said they aren’t no 24-7 service but my reservation was for 10 am. Shouldn’t someone be available to help me. I requested uhaul find me a place in Silsbee Texas since I was only about 15 minutes from them. Thank you UhAul in Silsbee. You saved the day.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisTrailer is too heavy to pick up the tongue to place on trailer ball. No assistance was available for this. Recommend placing jack system on trailer tongues.
