This was a nice fairly new truck. It was clean, no dense no torn seats. It was awesome. The two people that worked. There were very accommodating and very nice and it was a very smooth experience.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisEquipment was disgusting bug covered window, used Q tips in the side of the doors, disgusting console. Truck was not cleaned after last use and it was not full on fuel. ALSO, They did not add my dolly or moving pads so I had to spend my time driving all the way to another location to get them. Mind you I didn't book here, Uhaul called me and asked if I would pick up there because they were trying to get a new dealer business. Never again!
Nathan SNo one was at the location when we dropped off the vehicle, I parking lot was clean. I did communicate with Cher via email when we dropped off the truck (7/2/2026 at 15:34).
Linda AI have nothing to say about the location. It was easy to pick up and the CTC crew was incredibly helpful with all of the issues that came with this order. Now, first off I had to drive 30+ minutes one way to pick it up, while i'm in the middle of moving, when I had made the order to be at the Uhaul location at North Division which was 2 minutes from my house. Completely unacceptable and a massive inconvenience that I had to do that on the day I was moving. When we picked up the truck, it was FILTHY. Crumbs all over the cabin, and dirt and dust everywhere inside the Uhaul. We took the truck because it was the only option available. The side mirrors did not move, the lights on the truck were extremely dim making it impossible to drive at night due to safety concerns. Along with that I had ordered a dolly and a couple of boxes and some blankets, the blankets I received only half of my order, there was no dolly at the location so we had to take that off, and I never received my boxes.
