Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisStaff wasn’t there for pickup or drop off. Did everything for pickup ourselves and via a phone call that we could hear them ordering food in the background.
Lorelei KThere was no one working physically at the pick up site that day and I almost had to attach the equipment to my car myself even though I have no experience. Luckily, I was able to contact someone to come and help, but I would have appreciated the heads up before arriving that day that I may be on my own.
Samantha CTrailer rental was expeditious and without difficulty. Arleith was a pleasure.
Robert RHave someone there to help . We had to call after reserving from another U-Haul place. The lady that ran this U-Haul place would not even come to help us she was not there at the time
