Old car trailer that had the straps tied in the crank so it took forever to get them undone and it was just one of them per wheel, we had to put them through the holes in the rim. Then when I returned the trailer the place was locked up no one there a half hour after it was supposed to be open

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI used the drop-off box because they weren't open. A drop box is great; it gives your customers freedom and flexibility. I was never inside or spoke with anyone, so I checked no because I don't know.
KEITH SIt was rain very hard that day and we were afraid to drive in the crazy weather so we came back a little late. We were in such a hurry we forgot to refuel. So U-Haul decided to try and charge us another $150 . Which was rediculous. That’s more than we paid for the rental. I probably won’t be using U-Haul ever again
Jesus PNo parking space for trailer parking/storage, had to block park of driveway.
JOHN MThe lock box was very difficult to open as the key was jammed inside and stuck. Also, there was an alarm that kept going off, telling me to move away from the door, which was very annoying as I was just trying to get my key. It was annoying that I had to do a mobile pickup as I had requested to pick up in person from an alternate location.
