The location itself was fine but Uhaul changed my order last minute. I had a one way booked from Chilliwack to Surrey but the night before my move, uhaul called to inform me there were no trucks available for one way and that instead i needed to pick up in Surrey. As a result, i needed to stay overnight in Surrey to pick up my helper and wasnt able to finish packing. This led to me needing the truck for another day and upon asking to have the fee waved, i was told there was nothing they could do. I was only charged half of the rate on km but with the cost of fuel and time expended, it was an awful and stressful experience!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI was charged extra for the gas. I’ve used U-Haul before, but it’s never charged me extra after charging me for the distance that I drove and I even tried to fill gas, but it didn’t get filled. We tried filling it 12 times and I have the record in the bank of the amount of times I try to pay for it, but it didn’t let me refill

Akashdeep SI really appreciated how quickly and kindly everything was handled.
Seungyoung LI was overcharged. I will be disputing this charge. The gauge should be calibrated. For 17 miles of driving, I put about 7 litres of gas,
