Location is a gas and convenience store between Rome and Camden NY on NY route 69. It is very cluttered inside. It took a very long time to get someone to assist me to return the trailer, and I had to do all of the disconnections myself and move it back next to the only other trailer on the lot. They would not give me a receipt and took my printed copy of the contract. I would not use this location again. I went there only because I was called by someone from U-Haul and told the original return location on Erie Blvd. in Rome, NY had no room on their lot to handle a returned trailer.

MICHAEL DThe staff was awful. My pick up time was for 9am didn’t leave until almost 10. The U-Haul trained staff wasn’t even there. The cashier tried to get ahold of him for 20 minutes just to have a very rude phone call with him. It was very unprofessional and I will NOT be using U-Haul again.
