Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisVery informative but was confused upon arrival. Was helped in a timely manner.
CATRELL KMick had great customer service and I met Frank the owner as well and this is a great location. Clean and prompt and ease of getting in and out of the equipment of the rental as well. Thanks for helping me get myself back organized.
STEPHANIE FFast, Friendly service. Happy with all the results.
Jessica SI had no problem picking up my order, the issue was finding a location to return it to. I had made the reservation online, but when I arrived, the dispatcher cancelled it, making it a RT to Tempe. When i got to KC, I spent 90 minutes on hold and getting the general run-around. Finally, I got a destination and returned it that morning.
