Richard CTruck started smoking and broke down an hour after we got it loaded and on the road. Spent an extra two days on our trip. One day of which was trying to get roadside assistance to help us.The next day we had to drive the truck to their maintenance facility where the workers lost the keys after parking it and were very rude to us. After two hours waiting to find out what was happening we then had to drive from there to another Uhaul location to unload the truck into another truck. Set us back a lot of money and time in our move.
Frank DThe truck was filthy on the inside. Smelled like cigarettes, too.
Ryan KI dropped off the trailers late that evening so I didn't encounter any personnel. It was a very convenient drop-off space for me
