Roxie CEverything went very smooth both times I rented a truck and I’m very thankful that we have this location in Ticonderoga. My only small issue was trying to take pics of the outside of the truck (sides) because all of the trucks were so close together. Other than that, great. Thank you, again!! : )
HEATHER MThe location was closed when I dropped off the vehicle. That's fine, but your survey is flawed: I should not be asked these questions for an after-hours return. I only submitted this answers because I couldn't submit feedback for my pickup location without also submitting feedback for the drop-off location.
Colin MIt was a little hard to get to the lock boxes because there was metal in front of the walk area.
