Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe trailer had aluminum dust everywhere in it and ruined half of my things. Even the stuff in boxes got ruined because the dust went through the handles, and washing it does nothing for it. Next time clean the trailers before you give them out, that’s just not acceptable. Would not rent again!
james sWhat a fiasco. I returned a truck on Thursday, day 5 of a 5-day rental. Mac's appears to be primarily a truck repair shop that's also a U-Haul outlet. Very little parking and had to squeeze a 26' truck in between road construction debris and customer repair jobs. Went to the office to return keys and close out the rental and was helped by a nice enough guy who said he'd email the receipt. Never received an emailed receipt and started getting phone calls from U-Haul Saturday asking when the truck would be returned - apparently it was never checked back in and closed out by Mac's. Finally got an emailed receipt on Monday morning noting the truck was returned Friday, not Thursday, and charging me for an extra day of rental. Would not recommend.
ken RCardboard was left in the truck. The trucks back door was stuck and said I couldn't return it to this location. Front counter person seemed very confused when I was asking questions about the U-Haul.
kristy aWe had to call U-Haul once we got to Tucson. The person we spoke with informed us that the drop off location closes at 4:00 PM. It was already 4:00 pm when we called them. They told us to drop the trailer off at a business across town from where we were. When we got there at 6:00 pm we had to drop the trailer off along the road because there was no other place to drop it. I was very uncomfortable about doing that, but there was no other option. Thank you.
