Very dirty inside of cab and right front tire was in bad shape. Seems very unsafe knowing we were traveling so far. I will say that it was a very positive experience when we had to get the tire fixed in NM. Both the roadside service person and tire shop were wonderful to deal with.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe location was conveniently located and the truck was in good condition. Overall it was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience.
Ryan ITrain employees how to properly do inspections and upgrade what they have. The truck i rented had no gas, the service airbag light was on, the sun visors were barely holding on, the steering wheel has been whittled away so much it feels like there's barely any foam on it and whats left is peeling. I understand charging for miles over what I estimated, but being charged a fuel fee when I left more gas in it than what was in it when I got it is ridiculous. I get it wasnt much, but I didnt get the good graces to have the gas be half full when I got it, so why would I leave more than $50 worth of gas in a vehicle that I had to immediately fill up.
