The young lady who helped me did an excellent job. She efficiently single handedly worked on my rental contract while attending the steady stream of customers. My truck unfortunately had a hole in gas tank which I tried my best to patch with metal tape. Got it to slow drip was best I could do.

Tina LTruck I had rented should NOT have been allowed to be rented to anyone. I had to go to the Grant Road facility for them to look at a gas cap and engine light problem. Also, the gas tank leaked when it approached full. The vehicle in my estimation was not fit to be used for rental purposes until these items were fixed. I pre-paid for 12- moving blankets but only received 6. The Grant Road location provided me with a full set for my inconvenience. Your website suggested that I rent from this location which was not my first choice. Renter beware, choose a location that has a service area that can address any problems immediately, not a liquor store!
