The location was great, but if you have to talk to anyone on the phone the people I spoke to at the call center in Fresno are some of the rudest people I’ve ever had to deal with. I was charged twice for the rental and when I called to try and get the situation handled they refused to discuss charges and had an angry and aggressive attitude the entire time I spoke to them. I won’t be doing business with U-Haul again, not because of the location I picked up the truck from, but because of the people I spoke to on the phone.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWe dropped off our rental on Saturday in person and it was never checked in until Monday which stressed me out I did contact U-Haul on Sunday letting them know of the situation because on the app it was still showing active and I didn’t want to be charged an extra day.
Gina SEverything went well. Even my extension went well. Thank you. Top Notch!
LAWRENCE AStaff was rude and very disrespectful, when back of truck was opened it smelled of weed. Will not use trucks from this location again.
