The trailer blocked in by junk cars hard to hookup and manuver it out. No help. No moving items on site to pirchase such as furniture dolly. The customer service and communication felt like the twilight zone.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisLocation is good, environment is okay. Service is great and hours are convenient.
Harris PI reserved 2 furniture dolly but only 1 is available. Pick up office was really small (which is totally fine) but one staff was smoking the whole time behind us in that tight space while we were there. Could not breathe. Definitely very different from our usual U Hual location on E University Champaign which is clean and neat. Try not to book from this location. They park their trucks very near to one another making it extremely difficult to pull out.
Yan YThe service was horrible. The computers were slow and Josh was no help at all. This is my first and last time using U-Haul
Vickye JThank you!! No problems!
