Extremely frustrated with my recent experience. I was quoted $299 for my U-Haul rental, but was shocked to see a final charge of $351. To add to that, I returned the truck with more gasoline than I started with, yet I was still charged extra. I expect a full explanation for these surprise fees and a refund for the overcharges.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI picked up my 15' truck Wetaskiwin, Alberta. It was in good shape and clean inside. It had a Full tank of gas and drove excellent with no concerns. I dropped off in Camrose. I was charged just under $9 for going over mileage and filled up with $25 gas to full tank. All in all it cost me approx $220. One laid, one way. For anyone wanting to know what the cost may be.
Margaret TThe only issue I had was with printing the receipt. Other than that it was a good experience
