Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisRick was very kind and professional. We had a reservation at a Uhaul close to our home but the 26' truck would not start. We were directed to their N. Meridian site to p.u. a replacement. The transition was flawless and we were compensated for the longer miles. I would recommend the Wichita/Valley Center Site for their kindness and quick response to keep us on schedule for the move.
CHRISTINA GRick was very helpful in selecting the correct trailer that would work for my move.
Anthony KNo help unloading trailer- had to do it by ourself. As well as retrieve furniture blankets from inside trailer.
Steven SI don't think you need to improve with this particular rental location, Mr. Southard, was a great help in getting the rental documentation, and everything for a smooth pickup. The truck was clean and ready to use. Return was just as easy as the pickup.Thank you very much
