When I called for drop off, I was told that I would have to drive 40 miles, but when I rented it, I was told I could drop off in Yucca Valley. After 20 or so minutes, the rep finally gave me a location that was about 15 miles away. My destination was literally 1/4 mile from a UHaul location. Very disappointed. I had to drive 40 miles each way to get the trailer and then another 15 each way to drop off.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI reserved a uhaul several weeks prior, then the very day we traveled out of state to pick up uhaul, I'm told there are no more in the county. I was sent to another location, and told they wouldn't have one until morning. In the morning I called and they said they no longer had it. It was a ton of back and forth, but finally found one at this location. I felt skeptical of the guy taking photos of my idea as he hit his vape pen in his store. It was extremely dirty on the location and uncomfortable being there.
Desiree CFar out of the way to pick up and not open on the weekend. The man who was running the location, however, was very nice and accommodating and came in at an agreed upon time on the weekend.
Justin SThe truck was dirty The truck couldn't steer very good.
WARREN SThe owners of Vibrant Myrmade Jewels were so sweet and extremely helpful when assisting me with my reservation that was transfered to this location! They went above and beyond for me and made the experience so smooth and easy going!
