Staff was friendly and courteous. They helped me plan my entire move and gave helpful tips and suggestions to help me save time and money and to make my move go faster and easier.

Kevin C | Overall ExperienceFor answers not given I didn't feel I should give a negative comment, but I still was not completely satisfied. The storage unit was a good size, but could have used a bit more lighting. I feel the price was very high and continued to go up with no changes made for customer's convenience.
iris m | Overall ExperienceEvery one of the facility staff is courteous and professional. They extend themselves to assist the customers. The facility is clean and orderly. Kudos to the crew at Farmingdale!

Michael V | Online Move InI rate it poor because of the size of the unit. I was told and they advertise it as 10x10x6. It was and I did indeed measure, it was 9.5x9.4x6 and the floor was made of wood and my things were damaged. No elevators, but had the nerve to have a second floor. Whomever built this storage unit only had money in mind, not the consumer needs.

stephen c | Overall ExperienceI moved from a 5 by 10 to a 10 by 10 and I'm paying virtually double for 5 more feet of storage. Besides that fact II think the $10 upcharge for 24 hr access should be waived on the biggest units.
