Was not notified when the facility stopped using gate entrance codes and inplemented key cards instead. Key cards were not made available at the site of the storage units. Once the discovery was made that the codes no longer worked - for which news I had to call them, there was no signage at the site indicating the change, I had to go to another site to get a key card. Unaccaptable.

BERNARD S | First ImpressionsThe storage yard is not monitored. My storage unit 148 was broken into , everything was stolen!. The manager said, l am looking for answer too how it happened. Haven’t heard from him?
DAVID G | Overall ExperienceThere were no unit numbers on the outside so we kept driving around the building and then sat on hold with customer service for 30mins. Then got disconnected. Then had to drive over to the drop off facility to get a map only to find out my unit was on the inside.

I unfortunately I didn’t choose Uhaul I came over with the Able storage folks. I tried to work with the staff but decided to go where I chose to spend my money. I have used U in the past but this time the experience was not the same.

Thomas L | First ImpressionsThe latch on the unit was rusted and warped so it was impossible to get the lock to go through the two circles on the latch. As I result, I had to leave my unit, #185, unlocked and unsecured.
Teresa L | Overall ExperienceWhen my unit was damaged from the outside wall, no one bothered to give me a call to let me know. I had to find out when I exited my unit. Very disappointed. aAlot of the items inside were threw all over. I have a lot of damages.

Thomas E | Online Move InThe free lock which was left in the unit for signing up online did not fit on the door to the unit, so it could not be used. The combination to the gate for access to the facility was not communicated, so I had to call an office which was located elsewhere to get through the gate the first time to access the unit.

RUSSELL G | First ImpressionsI have no comments. I have not been to the facility since the new ownership. I found the U-Haul app not useable for purpose of setting up auto pay. My brother went online and did it for me. Then office staff said it was not done. Multiple phone calls later I think auto pay is established. Even the staff I talked to said the transition was not going smoothly. But I will be patient and let things work their way out
