I live in texas and the only complaint I have is the lack of air conditioning inside the building because it does get into the 100s very fast.

Ronald L | Overall ExperienceI hated how they would harass my family if I was late on payments. I put down emergency contacts if I can't be reached, not to be sent letters claiming they're responsible for paying the storage without ever contacting me to begin with. And when I complain about it Christina claims that's part of the contract as if a 3rd party can make someone financially responsible for something, which the district managers were very clear it was NOT.
