They were looking at a wrong contract and therefore they kept the deposit and also overcharged me for fuel. Their service was really terrible with a whole bunch of teenagers that they don’t know their job. The customer rating is really poor. I hope the Manager can overlook at this situation.

I was the first person inside this morning . Our truck was ready to go. Ms. Debbie did all of our paper work . Very kind person. As employees coming I notice how they said good morning to Ms. Debbie in return she replied back as well. Both with smiles which mean a lot in a place of business . Great location I can tell very busy. The only negative thing I have to say . Your whole front area so clustered . As you come in or going out of your store you have walk to the back come around to the side to ck in or out. Just a small comment , for safety and security reason alway keep front area clear . If for some reason something is going on inside someone from the outside can see and get help, this would go as well if someone needed help from the outside inside could help. Just a small suggestion. You have a great team at this location . Thank You again.

My husband and I reserved a 15’ U-Haul truck, were told to pick it up at 1:00 PM. When we got there, there were no trucks available so we waited about 30 minutes to get one. The gentlemen helping us was trying his best to get us going, however he kept using profanity towards his co workers which is so unprofessional. All of the employees gave poor customer service in all reality. This was a big inconvenience, we are definitely not going to utilize U-Haul next time.

When I reserved the trailer, I selected a location AWAY from i45 to avoid traffic at my 5pm pick-up time. Once my reservation was confirmed, it assigned a location on i45. This location was not only inconveniently-located, but I also arrived to find the GUARANTEED trailer I had reserved was not there. The employee at the desk was ready to just say they didn’t have it and expected me to leave. I had to request a comparable trailer. Once the employee changed the trailer to a smaller available trailer, he directed me to go outside. Another employee directed me to a trailer, hooked it up, realized it was the wrong trailer, unhooked it, directed me to the correct trailer, and hooked it up. That trailer had a bad wire, so he got another one, connected it, and took so long hooking up the chains, I exited the vehicle to find he had threaded the chains through the anchor points on my vehicle, instead of twisting them to shorten them. Feel free to confirm this in the photo they took to document “proper hook-up.” This location was terrible. I hope to never be REQUIRED to do business at this location again. And what’s the point in guaranteeing a trailer if it’s not available, and nothing is done to communicate the trailer will not be available?

Customer service was poor. The truck was in an awful condition and the blankets were soaked and reeked of mold. The truck also sounded like it was on its last days. Overall, I will definitely find another altnerative to U-Haul.

I have never had such a poor experience with UHaul as I did this weekend. I reserved a 10ft UHaul truck at the Richie UHaul location to move items from a storage to my new apt. I just moved back to Houston from Midland, Tx. I made a reservation over the phone to save time. My reservation was scheduled for 12:15. I arrived at 11:30 to be sure I was there early enough. I had 2 people to assist me in the move. I stood in line until 1:45 and still did not have the truck. I walked out very disappointed and discouraged. I was told the U Haul compute system was down. That being so, was not my fault. I understand computer issues happen, but there should be a backup in place. I was willing to sign paper paperwork or whatever, but I was told that wouldn’t work. I ended up losing the helpers I had lined up because they had other commitments later that day. I physically went in to the 2920 location to yet again place a reservation for the next day, Sunday at 9:00. I got there early at 8:30 to get in line. I was second in line and the store wasn’t opened until 9:10. I still waited 30 minutes and then got the truck. Two weeks ago I rented a UHaul trailer to move my things from Midland to Conroe. The experience was good.

First off: I scheduled my trucks 1-2 weeks in advance. I called traffic spoke with Khan and was assured the truck (1 way) was available; I get to the store it’s under staffed on a Saturday! I get the run around about the truck; I then was forced to get a LOCAL truck and that made he rental budget sky rocket; I’m very unhappy! I utilize UHAUL several times a week l; this poor derives isn’t acceptable and will not be tolerated.

I use this location to rent a truck every time i move, or help a family member move. It is close to where i live and they always have plenty of trucks. On the other hand I have never picked up a truck here without waiting in line for at least 1 hour. Yesterday i used the pre-check in option and after adding pictures of myself and my ID i still had to go inside and wait for someone to hand me the keys. There has to be a better way you can do this.

The truck was dirty it smelled like dog and dog hair was everywhere. They overcharged us for the fuel wrote down 5/8 it was a little past 1/4. We where in a rush because of a big downpour that was fixing to hit us and didn’t go over the vehicle. Checkout took forever because the computer keep malfunctioning and with the storm coming we needed to hurry or risk all our items getting soaked. I did take a picture of the odometer and fuel reading as proof of the fuel short. We tried calling back immediately but no one answered.

I was quoted one price and charged another, off course not benefiting me. To rent a 26 ft truck for one way drop off ( which I was told would be the cheapest was to go) having for two days (48 hours) and driving it 86 miles I was charged 327 dollars. This was even after calling and being that if I returned it early they would at least not charge me the daily safe move insurance and the and any unused mileage. Complete bait and switch. I have called numerous times to your customer service and each time given complete different info
