when we were told 10 x 10, we didn’t think it was 6 feet tall my husband is over 6 feet and height so when he goes into the unit, he is having to duck down to put in all of our items so it’s not very convenient for him and I’m 5’6 so yeah that’s just not. I guess we were expecting it taller. My husband was definitely expecting it taller than him so that was a large disappointment, unfortunately. However, your people are very polite nice clean overall knowledge good made great eye contact asked if they could help the site look nice and clean as bright. The carts looked well taken care of however, the carts that had the three handles were difficult to use. It’s better to just have one handle and be able to pile everything on with the three handles. It makes it a lot more difficult to put a desk on or stack boxes on so that’s a definite downside. Only other suggestion I would have is to have a Coke machine that would dispense Pedialyte, Gatorade, and water for people when it’s getting hot outside something to drink to help get them through one of the harder days of the year for them.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe lady who cleans the facilities needs a raise! Not joking. She was amazing. Every time I came in, she was cleaning something. And it infuriated me to come through one evening and see that someone had left empty water bottles, and debris on the stairs. I don’t know who’s responsible for clearing out the shared area. But hook them up too.
Gail W | Expérience généraleAll of the staff are extremely helpful and efficient, but I have to call out Jerry and Neysa. When I moved out Jerry went above and beyond for me. He hooked up my trailer and made sure everything was a-ok before I left the lot. But it was more than that. It was so hot and humid outside! He was kind, courteous, friendly, had a great attitude and was quick about his business. Neysa, the housekeeper, has the facility looking spotless. Every time I went in the bathrooms were clean, well-stocked and didn't have any foul odors. She was always very friendly and said hello to me as well as smiled as she went about her day. Both of these employees are true treasures. Thanks for a great experience.
SUSIE W | Expérience généraleI experienced someone stealing some of my items and talked with the manager and him advising me to call the police, with insisting and forewarning me with a conversation that no one has access to the unit as though there are no crooks. I was very disappointed and hated the way I was informed by him as though I have no option to follow other protocols, even when I got the storage, I was misled to pay cash in order to get an employee discount when there was a special going on for; (one month free), but I was lied to in order to get a discount in a dishonored bribery way.
Judy V | Expérience généraleThe Staff went overboard to make sure all my needs were met when I arrived in town. Especially Melissa.
LASHAY G | Expérience généraleThis facility is super convenient. It was my first time putting things in storage but Amir was great. There’s also a lady there didn’t get her name and the kid that checked me out. The whole team is great and awesome communication . Will definitely recommend
Kielle B | Expérience généraleMr Amir awesome gentlemen, for you all company as a sales rep as a customer service person as overall what you guys company needs tremendously greatest access to you all company. He will continue to serve you guys well and those that come into u-Haul on Spring Cypress
Patricia T | Expérience généraleI had the pleasure of being helped by Melissa at the Spring TX location. She was the most helpful person I’ve had at U-Haul and she needs a promotion or a raise! She is the best.
Ashlyn A | Premières impressionsProfessional and convenient
Nora R | Expérience généraleMy only issue is it was hot in the area where my belongs were and cool in other areas. The facility was lit except for in the storage room itself.
Marlayna C | Expérience généraleGreat facility
