2 water bottle. Paper in truck . Needed swept out
DWAIN Athe dolly i reserved was not available, the furniture dolly wheels were very old. the truck was fine. the staff was nice and helpful except when they told me to bring the truck back with the tank somewhere between 1/4 and 1/2 tank full, i did and still got charged since there was apparently something way more specific than i was told.
Nadia MI was charged extra stating after hours return however i returned the vehicle around 12pm even though the rental was requested till 1pm. There were two young guys receiving the rentals who did not communicate properly. They just took the keys from me and left without giving me proper information mostly ignoring the things i said. I asked them about the receipt and the total amount but no response. I was also charged an extra $7 for fuel when i refueled the truck with almost 3 gallons which i think would be enough for driving 10 miles. Never going to recommend renting from here. Poor communication, horrible customer service, hidden charges and the vehicle are not maintained well.
