Excellent customer service and very nice/friendly staff. Equipment was very clean and well maintained. However, this is not the easiest location to navigate in and out of because it's a shared business with an electrical company. The equipment and trailers are parked in the back of the property in a muddy/gravel lot that's full of rocks and other construction debris. Not ideal going "off road" to hook up a highway trailer. When returning after hours, all of the electrical contractor trucks were pulled into the same area shared with the UhHaul equipment making it harder to navigate and unhook. Otherwise, great experience but I prefer traditional "on pavement" equipment locations.

This was a drop off after hours. Had issues the entire time with the app. The lady from customer service was nice. Need to improve the app. Very unreliable
