At pickup the teenage girl checked me in under the wrong name. She charged me for insurance that I declined after I told her several times that I did not want it and to take it off. She was not sure how to do it.had difficulty sending my contact to my email for my records.

NICOLE GMy overall experience with U-haul was Poor. I would not recommend U-Haul to anyone. My reservation was changed to another location at 8am. Which gave me enough time to arrive on time at 9:30 for my original reservation time; however, the key was not in the lock box. The owner showed up 30 minutes later and was slow to get everything resolved.
