We had ordered 12 moving blankets. Upon picking up the truck, there were no blankets, which we had ordered at the time we requested the truck. The attendant there seemed unconcerned and said, "Another customer took them." We had to drive 20 minutes to another location to get blankets, which held up our schedule and the movers we had hired to help load the truck.

Matthew PGive the customer notice if the truck is not available within a 30 mile radius. Uhaul called me 2 days before my pickup date to tell me I had to drive 3 hours round trip to pick up the truck. That was some bullshit.
Peter HThe store was terribly understaffed. The employee was very good, friendly and patient; but she had to service other customers while checking in the truck. The delay and wait time was ridiculous. Th u Gaul website is slow, poorly designed and extremely difficult to navigate through.
Rhody DThe lady that checked us out was so GREAT! REALLY NEW WHAT SHE WAS DOING! she was sooo nice and helpful!
