Charged fuel for no reason. I filled alit and he refused to give the receipt at time of return. Then processed it later and added the fuel charge.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI thought it was normal to get dirty U-Haul trucks with the gas on e, like the one I got in 5295 lakeshore Burlington, until I dropped off my U-Haul truck at the U-Haul location at 3092 Marvis Rd, Mississauga. All the trucks at this location were sparkling clean. The one at Burlington was just disgusting.
Michael EThe app is so poor both from customer and counter service perspective that check in was difficult and required call to US. Counter personnel could not devote exclusive attention to us as he had to keep helping people.
Charles DA very smooth transaction. I used the phone app to pick up. No issues. All good. Thank you very much to the young man at Reddy's. Very professional & pleasant.
