They were very professional
John H.Rented out my reserved truck in error and had to go elsewhere for another truck that turned out to be closed when I was told by uhaul to go there. Got it worked out then had to return to this location to get a tow dolly. They hooked up the ratchet straps incorrectly and need replaced, frayed in spots. Not safe. Terrible job by both uhaul and the dealer
