SCOTTIE HAt the time of picking of the truck, I specifically asked if the gas tank was full and was told yes. I am pretty sure they have gas pumps so I would assume it shouldn't be so difficult. When I got in the truck, I found it was only on 3/4 a tank. I took pictures and noted how much gas was in the truck and milage left. Prior to returning the truck, I filled the tank back to where it was at the time of pick up. When I dropped it off, I was charged because the truck was not full. I clearly had pictures reflecting the tank was not full when I picked it up. The lady was extremely nice but was not able to by-pass when she uploaded the photo of where the gas was reflecting. Island Oasis clearly reflected the truck was full and it was not, leaving me stuck to pay for gas that was never used.
