Even though the posted hours said the shop was open, it was not. When I called, every option offered led to a machine that stated it was not an option, so I could not reach a person or a machine. I had to ask for help from nearby people to get the trailer off of my car. Fortunately, the trailer was checked in on time, but I did leave a note.... There were many trucks and trailers there, so maybe an off day for them...

BRETT KThere were a few roofing nails in the trailer bed. Minor, but they might have popped the tire on my mower if I hadn’t seen them.
THOMAS GThe customer service is very poor. I tried to call them to reclaim some keys that I left in the truck after I returned it and the voice mail prompts lead to nothing. The "press one for service, press two to speak to a representative" goes no where and you can not reach a human to call you back. Additionall I have dealt with them in person in the past and their attitude is very poor.
