The pickup had a rocky start but it went well overall. I would rent from them again.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWe had to go to three different locations. Was charge for insurance that we did NOT accept and was not given the drop off location via email or text. Charge for wrong location. Extremely disappointed in uhaul. It was a complete clown show and couldn’t have been more unprofessional
MICHAEL SWhen we got there, we sat for a good 15-20 minutes before someone came out. We had to call the location, while standing in their office with no one in it. And was told very lethargically that they would be down shortly. She decided to comment about how poorly my wife was backing up her brand new truck and decided to insult us with profanities. She then demands us to put the trailer back exactly where i got it. When i got back, there was no one to assist us, and we had a hell of a time tryjng to put the trailer back in the same exact spot. Would have been nice to have some type of assistance or at least some pleasant customer service. Nope.
Colby HThe wonderful woman who assisted me went above and beyond. I was having one of the worst days and she was very kind. Her kindness was much appreciated.
Julie HEasy turn in. Plenty of space to drive in.
