I found the key box lock a little difficult to unlock. Once opened to retrieve the truck key, I noticed the box (#5) was coming loose from the wall so hopefully this has been noticed so it can be secured. This was my first time renting a U-Haul truck and the virtual manager on the 12th was genuinely kind and patient! Much appreciated, thank you!
KATHERINE HLeave a note to let the next person know the lock to lockbox may be hard to open because of being exposed to elements. When I contacted customer service, she was very kind and knowledgeable.
