The gentlemen at Wades were terrific. They got me on my way quickly. The truck I rented needed repairs to the drivers door which did not close well. It also had a windshield that was replaced at one point but the rubber seal around the windshield was not fixed correctly. The road noise was rough to say the least. The truck was clean on the inside and helped me move my son home from college.

The woman there is mean and racist. her attitude toward people of color is disappointing and one of defensiveness, curtness, lack of courtesy, aggression and just rudeness. She is impolite. Impatient and did not welcome any requested clarification, charging card without permission
