The person there was not able to rent equipment. Place had NO AC, no lights on. All in the dark. He had to call someone to rent it over the telephone and I had to check it out via the app. Vehicle was in poor condition but I needed it asap as the original rental from the day previous was also a horrible attempt.

Off in Cambridge N/A by phone at drop off no address given went to Easton biglocation was told could not drop off there and I was going to drive back 26 miles and drop it off with no address finally with my wife helping with communication get a drop off location near to the Easton location at a Tire store after hours now and 2 hrs later and 30 miles we dropped off’.
Glen TVehicle was clean, however, rode very rough and bouncy. I believe it needs new shocks or something
