The fact that I had to drive over an hour to pick up my equipment is a travesty. Once there, the man improperly attached the trailer, leaving the safety chains dragging (one chain subsequently fell off) and didn't know how to connect the lights, so I had to do that myself. Not happy with this experience.
I returned the unit a day early so I should get a credit back on the card used. Can you do that?
The saleperson had little. Knowledge of the job. The truck had a broken mirror. Computer was slow to reboot. Had to use smart phone to trans act forms to fill out applications
Don't have the trailers parked in the mud.
The storage location was clean and the attendant was very helpful. the location where i had to drop the trailer at i let the person i did sweep out the trailer and she asked where i got it from and did they come out and checked and hook it up and i said nope. She wanted me to let you know about that. I will come rent from U-haul next time i need to rent a trailer or truck.
Get a new website designer! Nothing should be that difficult for either the customer or the dealer to navigate. Have you ever tried to use it? Totally unacceptable.

The equipment was clean and maintained but it was a very antiquated trailer.
I would recommend this location for convenience. Employees very confused. Talked really negative with regards to other employees.

Working directly with the local vendor is the way to go. These guys were superb!!!! I had terrible experiences trying to reserve on line (could not accommodate my requirements) and reservation kept switching trucks and locations. Even calling toll free number was awful. Work directly with vendors. They are great. Forget doing it on line!!

The gas was not full on the truck when I picked up but was required to be filled when I dropped off. I drove 12 miles and put in $15.00 in gas. I am owed money back on this.

My pickup location was to be e-mail loans in Millsboro Delaware yet I was sent to above location which was over 55 miles away each way and over an hour each way. Dispatch needs to be more aware of the needs of the customer.

Limited facilities and staff, took longer to receive equipment. Staff friendly, though.
This location is allowing me to keep my car on their lot for a week until I can fly back to recover it. That extra convenience and accommodation was very much appreciated.
The trucks windows were very dirty inside and out. When the sun showed on the right side window I couldn't see a thing out the window.
